We are six weeks strong in Coffee Shop Talk :: The Life You Want!!! It's been awesome going on this journey with all of you. This week we will continue a little from last week about God's blueprint for our lives. This week we will talk about why we should follow God's plans for out lives and not our own. If we do things God's way, which might not be the easiest way but the right way, we will be blessed! So what's holding you back from giving your life over to Him? If you have any questions that you would like Shannon to address or you are in need of a Bible please leave a message in the comments or feel free to email us at askshannon@journeyliving.org.

Welcome to the fourth session of Coffee Shop Talk :: The Life You Want!! Hopefully you've been tuning in to each session to learn more about preparing your life for the life that God wants for you. This week we will be talking about asking yourself the 5 W's (Who, What, When, Where and Why) and then How. How is god going to use the 5W's in your life for his kingdom. By identifying these 5W's it may help figure out Gods plans for your life, like Habakkuk, who we have been focusing on the past couple weeks. If you have any questions that you would like Shannon to address or you are in need of a Bible please leave a message in the comments or feel free to email us at askshannon@journeyliving.org. Thank You for joining us for the THIRD episode of Coffee Shop Talk The Life You Want! We hoop you have been enjoying this online devotional and sharing it with your friends and family. This session of Coffee Shop Talk we will talk about planning our lives for the life He want's us to have. Have you committed your plans to the Lord? In Proverbs 16:1-3 it says "We can make our own plans, but the Lord gives the right answer. People may be pure in their own eyes, but the Lord examines their motives. Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed." So give your daily actions and future plans to the Lord and he will guide your right path, maybe not your path but His path. God has a unique plan for each and everyone of you, and knew it when he formed you (Psalms 139:13-16) So listen into this episode for a dose of "sugar free teaching" as we face the good, bad and ugly in our liveds that's pushing us for God's plans or pulling us back from them. If you have any questions that you would like Shannon to address or you are in need of a bible please leave us a message in the comments or feel free to email us at askshannon@journeyliving.org ![]()
Welcome to the second session of Coffee Shop Talk :: The Life You Want! If you missed last weeks session please scroll down to watch it. In this session we will talk about God's will being done in your life. Instead of having God pry open our hands, what if we approached him with hands wide open and allowed Him to give and take away from us as he sees fit? We will also cover where are you in your storm of life? Most Likely God is sending you through the hills and valleys of life to prepare you for the storms (plans) that he holds for your future. As you watch the video and go though life, ask yourself the following question- "If my life was put on trial for following Christ would I be Guilty" And don't forget to download the .pdf outline for this session. If you have any questions that you would like Shannon to address or you are in need of a bible please leave us a message in the comments or feel free to email us at askshannon@journeyliving.org ![]()
